Pasajul Cooperativei, a fost construit după planurile arhitectului G. Mandrea din Bucureşti. Pasajul acoperit cu sticlă avea ,, … atât spre piaţă cât şi în pasaj … Multe prăvălii şi avea o mică şi cochetă sală de teatru, unde până nu mult înaintea războiului veneau cele mai bune trupe din Bucureşti”. – Cooperative Passage was built after the plans of architect G. Mandrea from Bucharest. It had an end in Unirii Square, on the same side with the Old Town hall. The glass – covered passage had ,,… both towards the square and in the passage … lots of shops and also a small and elegant theatre hall, where, not long before the war, the best bands in Bucharest would come to play”.
